Leadership & Project Management
Founder David Pollard, remains at the helm, supported by Craig, our Project Manager, who ensures seamless operations and is David’s trusted right-hand man.

Sales

Emily, Louisa, and Mark are our friendly sales and surveying team, ready to visit your home and discuss the best solar solutions tailored to your needs.

Office Team

Liz, Kelly, and Karen form our skilled, in-house team with office manager, Helen, keeping everything running smoothly. They'll take care of everything from your initial enquiry and DNO applications, to scheduling and invoicing, as well as expert customer support.

Electrical Team

Head electrician Tom, leads our highly qualified team of experts in installation, maintenance, and repairs. This team is made up of Tom, Dave, Oliver, James, and Shane. We also nurture future talent through our apprentice program in partnership with ,Rebus, a local education provider. We have Tony, Wilson, Hong, and Mattie progressing through their training, gaining hands-on experience alongside our seasoned professionals. Each member of our team bring their own expertise with Tom, Oliver, and Dave specialising in advanced battery systems such as Tesla Powerwalls, GivEnergy, and Solax, and Shane excelling in PV installations, particularly for commercial projects.

​Head Roofer, Jamie, leads two teams of skilled, professionals. These teams include Lee, Daz, Josh, Jake, Dave, Dan, and Pedro, all dedicated to precise and reliable installations.
