'Thinking I was doing my due diligence I contacted 4 companies re a solar system. Sadly, due partly to the fact that Solar Star don’t pester you like others, I ended up believing the complete nonsense I had been spun by a rival company as to their being preferred Tesla installers etc and made the huge mistake of going with them based on this totally incorrect information. After being messed about for months by them and starting to realise they were being less than honest, I contacted Emily at Solar Star Power. I’d been told the new Tesla product the PW3 was not yet available. After speaking with Emily and Dave I found that they had in fact been available for some time to those companies in a position to buy direct and that they had been installing them for some time...

...they could well of said, you’ll now have to wait as you didn’t accept our qoute back in July, and were now too busy but no, to say they acted quickly and efficiently to help rectify my issue, is an understatement. Within 48 hours their guy had visited the property, checked all the details and arranged the install. Within the next 7 days the install, a fairly large 22 panels and Powerwall 3 system had been installed and working perfectly and the DNO had been sorted without any hassle. The entire team were so professional from start to finish it was refreshing to see. From roofers, to electricians, to the lady in accounts nothing was a problem and there was no mess no fuss just turn up do what they’re paid to do and leave the place like they’ve never been there...

...after being through a two year major renovation on a 200 year old farmhouse I’ve become accustomed to the many of the “Bodgit and Scarper Ltd “ companies found these days so it’s been a weight off my mind and really refreshing to find someone that can actually do what it says on the tin. Believe me there isn’t many trades these days that take their work as seriously as these guys. As soon as the Tesla expansion boxes become available in the U.K. I’ll be having them back to install along with an Eddi which I overlooked! If you’re considering solar or battery storage I’d highly recommend you give these guys a call. Don’t do what I did and fall for the sugar coated bull***t of the one most pushy. These guys may not pester you every day to see if you’ve made your mind up but once you say do it it’s done!!!'
